Rare Stiitch is a made to order brand. That means everything is made after you've placed your order online on our website www.shoprarestiitch.com
A waiting period of 15 - 20 business days for the making & delivery of your order after it has been placed. Our ladies are in studio from Monday to Friday 8:30pm to 4:30pm.
Because we make everything from scratch, if you order 4 items or more please give us a little grace. We might have your order delivered after the waiting period. Keep this in mind before you place your order.
Why do we have a waiting period?
Good question!
The waiting period for the making & delivery of your order is there for a reason. This reason is to keep up with our quality of work. We have to make everything from start which is having the fabrics, trimming etc to packaging up your order and i did not even tell you the in-between.
Anything can happen during the making of your order like machines breaking down, staff is sick & that also means staying at home to rest. The list goes on.
If you have a special occasion & need you order by a specific date,
give us a email on rarestiitch@gmail.com, we will discuss from there if it's possible to have your order come to you earlier.

We do not accept custom orders!
Here at RARE STIITCH, we design collections/ clothing pieces for the most. We give our customers the freedom of options to choose from starting with size to desired lengths to colour of the clothing item.
What you see on our website is the designs that are currently available for you to order. Please respect our leading time that we need in order for us to provide you with quality garments.
We do not have a showroom or collection location. Rare Stiitch is a online store & all orders gets taken via our website www.shoprarestiitch.com

Pay In Parts Plan - 3 month plan
1. First payment needs to be 25% or more of the order total to secure your order.
2. Send proof of payment to the following email. We need a PDF as proof, NOT A SCREENSHOT (rarestiitch@gmail.com)
3. This is a THREE MONTH PLAN, order needs to be payed in full before your order can be dispatched. For every payment we need a PDF proof of payment sent to our email.
4. Make sure your reference is your order number. (you can find your order number on your confirmation email)
